During my recent gourmet getaway to Snowgum Motel in Mount Beauty, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary offerings at the tavern bistro. The cooked-to-order breakfasts were a delightful way to start the day, especially after exploring the nearby Mount Beauty Gorge. The daily breakfast spread, available from 7 AM, featured a variety of options to suit every palate.What truly stood out to me were the barbecue facilities set amidst a charming garden. This serene setting provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxed evening of grilling. I particularly enjoyed cooking up some locally sourced produce while savoring the fresh mountain air.In the evenings, I ventured out to the nearby Swiss and Chips, which was a mere 0.25 km away, for a taste of local flavors. The proximity of Crank Handle Brewery and Flour + Water offered additional dining options to explore, enhancing the overall culinary experience of my stay.Snowgum Motel's innovative approach to integrating gastronomy with the natural surroundings of Mount Beauty truly made my stay memorable, and I look forward to returning for another culinary adventure.
